By enrolling in any service provided by King’s K9 Training and Boarding, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), clients (“you” or “owner”) agree to abide by the following terms and policies. These guidelines are set in place to ensure the safety, clarity, and effectiveness of our training programs and services.
 

We offer private sessions, group classes, online courses, boarding, and specialty coaching. Services must be scheduled in advance. All dogs enrolled must be up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations unless otherwise discussed.

We reserve the right to refuse services if a dog is deemed unsafe or unfit for the training environment.
 

We offer flexible payment options to make training more accessible for every household. Please review the following:

• Payment is required before the first session begins, regardless of the payment plan chosen.
• Payment methods accepted: Cash, Card, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal.
  Full payment is due by the first session unless a payment plan is arranged.
  
• Full payment or installment plans are available depending on the program.
• If you’d like to set up a custom payment plan, just let us know before your program starts.
• All payment arrangements must be confirmed in writing.

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
• No-shows or missed sessions without notice will be counted as a used session and are non-refundable.
• Sessions must be completed within the program’s outlined time frame (unless otherwise agreed upon).
• Emergency situations may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
   

Due to the nature of dog training and the commitment required from owners, all training program payments are non-refundable once the program begins.

We are committed to providing tools and support to help you succeed, but results depend on your consistency and follow-through.
 

You acknowledge that training success relies heavily on your commitment to practice and implement what is taught. We provide the structure, but owners are responsible for upholding training routines at home.

King’s K9 Training is not liable for the actions of any dog outside of the training environment.
 

By participating in our programs, you acknowledge the risks involved in handling animals.

You agree to hold King’s K9 Training and Boarding, LLC, its trainers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses incurred during or following training.
 

We may occasionally photograph or video training sessions for educational or promotional purposes. By enrolling, you grant us permission to use images of your dog unless otherwise stated in writing.
 

• Dogs must be dropped off and picked up within scheduled times.
• Boarding clients must provide their dog’s food, medications, and emergency contact info.

We do not accept dogs with known aggressive or bite histories for boarding unless previously discussed.

 

We reserve the right to adjust program structures or schedules if necessary. Any major changes will be communicated in advance.
